About me
Benji is looking for a new home after his owner sadly passed away and there was no one to care for him. Benji had lived with his owner since a puppy so it is important that he finds a new forever home to give him the support he needs.
Benji is a lively boy who enjoys his walks and a run and a play. He has some basic training and walks well on the lead but can pull a little when excited. Benji is a little overweight so will need to continue on his diet in his new home. Benji will need his own enclosed, secure garden to help him with his weight loss activities. Benji can live with children of secondary school age, possibly a little younger depending on introductions.
On his walks Benji is generally good with dogs he meets on his walks. He could possibly live with a neutered female dog depending on introductions here at the centre. He enjoyed playing with a female dog here at the centre but also will need his own quiet time. Benji lived with two cats in his previous home so could possibly live with bold cats, used to dogs in his new home, as long as there was suitable space for all of them.
In his previou home Benji was house trained and travelled well in the car. He may just need a refresher in house training in his new home. Benji was never left in his previous home so will need someone based at home most of the day. Time he is left will need to be built up slowly but it may be he can never be left for long periods.
