Sadly Tyber came to us because he had been mistreated in his previous home.
Tyber is a lovely boy but he is a typical young dog, he has a lot of energy and he is highly intelligent.
Since being here Tyber has shown some behavioural issues. He will jump up at people at quite a height and he will sometimes grab your feet as you are walking. Tyber is quite feet focused so there is a chance that he may have been kicked before.
We have worked on these issues but he will need continued work in his new home.
Tyber needs to go to an experienced all adult home that ideally has dealt with young adolescent dogs before. No young visiting children.
Tyber is a very intelligent boy and loves training so he will need to go to a home that will mentally stimulate him by taking him to training classes. Tyber will also need lots of exercise as he is a young lively dog.
Tyber is looking for a calm household as he is easily aroused and lots of running, movement and noise will start his grabbing at feet behaviour and his persistent jumping up.
Tyber is a real fun dog and he loves toys and running around and he loves doing his training especially as treats are involved.
Tyber could possibly live with an older female dog as he is quite bouncy with other dogs. Tyber cannot live with cats or small animals.
If you could offer this animal a suitable home, then please visit Millbrook to find out more.
