Orca's story - the Fresian Mare and foal blog
January 17th 2012, Orca arrives at Millbrook. She is a beautiful Fresian Mare who is heavily pregnant.
Orca was not in the best of conditions, her coat is dull and dirty and her feet need seeing too, but she is a friendly and gentle natured horse, and the staff quickly take to her - she is seen by the vet and farrier and is soon looking her best
The staff wait in anticipation of the birth of her foal.........
