About me

Twister is an approximately 3 year old piebald cob mare, standing at about 12hh. She was found abandoned, so we know very little about her history but it is clear that she has had some level of basic handing prior to arriving at Millbrook. Twister loves people and always wants to know what is going on. She enjoys a groom and love scratches. She had very long hooves when she arrived at Millbrook and was initially quite nervous about having her feet picked up. She is progressing well with this and has now had a successful farrier visit. Twister has feathers, which will need either maintaining on a regular basis or these could be clipped.

Twister is currently living out overnight with a young gelding and an adult mare and gets along well with both of them. She is stabled for short periods during the day, but has coped well with stabling overnight when required.

Twister is looking for a home who is experienced with youngsters and we think she will make a wonderful project pony for the right person. She is passported, microchipped, and ready to find a new home.

Her adoption fee is £450.
