About me
Before Rocco came to us, he was living in unsuitable conditions and mainly was living in a crate. He was quite nervous when he came in but now he is more confident and is looking for a new loving home.
Rocco can be a bit nervous at first, but soon comes around once he knows you. He may need a few meets with potential adopters so that he can get to know them. He does like dogs but can get a little worried by boisterous dogs, so could live with a calm neutered dog. He will need to live with an adopter that has owned dogs before and could live with older secondary school age children.
Rocco will need someone based at home to begin with and then will need a gradual build up to being left. He may need housetraining and car travel training. He will need direct access to him own private secure garden for off lead play. Rocco is a clever boy, so once he is settled in he would benefit from attending reward-based classes. He would also benefit from lots of mental enrichment in his new home.
